We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare, hair care, or personal care products.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
